We’re seeking a compassionate Registered Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate, and patient-centered pharmacy services in our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role ensures medication accuracy, supports our 340B program, and collaborates with an integrated care team to deliver exceptional patient care. The Registered Pharmacist provides safe, accurate, and effective pharmacy services, including prescription verification, dispensing, patient counseling, and medication therapy management. This position ensures compliance with professional standards, legal requirements, and Alluvion Health policies while supporting our integrated care model.

$130,800 starting salary annually or more, DOE/DOQ
